SF Contest 2009 Rules and Regulations

I know it's boring, but you gotta read 'em if you want to enter!!

Note: this deadline is subject to change with notice at my discretion...but probably won't!
If you want a deadline altered, notify me in advance asap.
I will not alter it during the last two weeks If the entry is not done in time, it may be entered as is and still be accepted. But it must be posted by the deadline!

Rules:

1.
Draw one or more of my original characters in the main stream Saint Fighter Universe and Saint Alternative Chapter.
This includes characters that are in my SaintFighter Wikipedia on WetPaint. The Wikipedia is private, but invites will be given to serious entrants and my friends for research purposes.

2.
You may enter using any media including but not limited to:
Pencils, inks, paint, photo shop, photography cosplay, photography edits, sculpture, needle work... No elephants can enter, and no poo-poo art or that sort of thing, please. Also, no tracers or copying of already submitted art.

3. you may alter my character designs and interpret them in your own way, but please keep them recognizable as who they are supposed to be while being creative. Or you can just draw them as shown.

4. You may have them in just about any situation and style including but not limited to:
romantic, combative, simple poses, group pictures, cartoon, portrait, comic style,furry, chibi, anime/manga, realistic etc.
You may not portray them involved in hentai or pornographic situations. Nudity is acceptable, but only in good taste, and it MUST remain in DevianArt's guide lines.
Yuri/Yaoi is not allowed, but mild Shonen/Shojo Ai is allowed. (hugging, holding hands, expressing affection between the same sex.)

I encourage you to support and help one another during the contest, but any entrant  who criticizes another entrant's work in a way not helpful or productive, including insulting or trolling will be disqualified.
Constructive criticism is okay if the entrant allows it on their art though.

Maximum of 2 active entries per entrant.
The entries may be swapped out by me with prior notice, one time each. Please use your time and spaces wisely!!




The fine print:
Your entries are still your property, and any use of them will be credited to you if used here on DA, on the Saint Fighter Wiki or elsewhere.
If you do not wish them to be used at all, please let me know on the deviation's comment.
Your art will not be abused by me, and any use you allow will go to better exposure of you as an artist and the Saint Fighter Characters.
