I really didn't do well on this one, but for the sake of posting more profiles here on DA , I'll use it anyway.
I won't be posting her cursed form here, but maybe on the Wiki.

Better known in her evil days as the Blue Lady, and now called Jessie for short.
Jezabelle was cursed by Red Magic by her sister, the Red Witch Jezrine.
They had both been princesses and powerful witches on Avalon.
She was forced to live as a ghost like figure in an abandoned castle in Kazimsky Forest, and to serve Lord Zen of the Nether World.
Her servants included the banshees, her former female servants who had been transformed into scaly winged demons, lead by Yucca, and The Duke Aeson.
She also hired several bounty hunters to kill the Soul Fighters early in their career.
She stole the Golden Apples from Hebe and attacked many humans.
When she was finally defeated, Dylan forgave her and used his key's power to unlock the curse and purify the evil in her after she asked to be helped.
Afterwards she became an ally of the Soul Fighters, and together with her four angelic companions is one of the Guardians of the Holy Grail while it rests on Avalon, and is Soul Fighter Angel of Mercy.
She eventually reconciled more or less with her sister, Jezrine, asking Dylan to offer her the same chance at starting over.

The Dream Saga

In the Dream world, Aleron and his friends fought Jezabelle again when she had also been absorbed in the dream and had been reverted to her wicked ways by the Darkness while there. Her name was spelled Jezabel during the dream.
